By accessing or using the services provided by Gen-Link AI ("Gen-Link AI", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Gen-Link AI provides AI receptionists, voice automation agents, and operational workflow automation systems ("Digital Employees") for healthcare, home services, and enterprise clients.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that phone forwarding rules and calendar integrations are correctly configured and that all communications comply with local telecommunication regulations and TCPA guidelines.

3. Limitation of Liability

Gen-Link AI shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network carrier outages, third-party software changes, or unhandled emergency calls.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
